Fourteen days, no reason needed

If PxlMonk isn’t what you were looking for, use our support form within fourteen days of your purchase. You get the full amount back. We don’t ask for a reason, and it makes no difference whether you have already used the licence on a computer.

Why the deadline exists at all

Before you buy, there are thirty days to try PxlMonk with the full feature set and without a card. If you try it first, you usually won’t need the refund — it’s there for the cases that don’t show up during a trial.

Who pays the money back

PxlMonk is sold by Paddle. The refund therefore runs through Paddle and goes back to the same payment method you used; depending on your bank, that takes a few working days.

You can also request it directly from Paddle — your purchase confirmation contains the link. You are welcome to write to us anyway and we’ll take care of it.

What happens to your licence

With the refund, the licence is withdrawn. PxlMonk then continues without a licence: your catalog, your photos and every edit you have already made stay untouched and visible, and importing and exporting your original files keep working. New edits and exporting edited versions are locked. Nothing is deleted.

Renewals

The same applies to a renewal: fourteen days. If we refund it, your window for new features ends again where it ended before the renewal — features already unlocked stay yours. The licence itself is unaffected; it doesn’t expire anyway.

After the fourteen days

After that we no longer refund as a matter of course. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected, as does your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies to you.

If PxlMonk doesn’t do something that is promised here, tell us — that isn’t a goodwill case, it’s a fault we have to fix.

The statutory right of withdrawal

When buying digital content you agree at checkout to immediate provision and confirm that this ends your fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Paddle, as the seller, is the one who obtains this confirmation. The fourteen days above are our own voluntary promise, which applies independently of it.
